Our alarm transmission systems are highly sophisticated and monitored through our state-of-the-art control room, which is manned by professionally trained controllers at all times.
Our bank alarm solutions include:
- Emergency alarms i.e. remote panic buttons, emergency break glass units, and duress alarms
- Intruder alarms – employ dual technology to detect movement inside their range of coverage, as well as having anti-tamper detectors.
- Fire alarms – include smoke detectors, fire emergency break glasses, magnets for fire exit doors, key guard boxes, and fire bells. They send instant signals to our control room and the Fire brigade where appropriate.
- ATM alarms – connected to the ATMs, allowing our control room to get alerts when the machines are tampered with in any way, and to keep track of when the machines open and close during reconciliation.
- Guard clocking – Used to regularly monitor the alertness and safety of our guards whilst on assignment.
In addition, Wells Fargo has UHF radio lines installed between our control rooms and the Police 999. This enables simultaneous receipt of the panic alarm signals at our control rooms, and police and fire stations, where necessary.
