As is always the case with Security we find ourselves in a constantly liquid and sometimes volatile space. This requires that the company understands the needs of its customers both before any untoward event arises and certainly after an untoward event has taken place.

Consequently, our management teams do meet with current clients on a regular basis to update service level agreements or job descriptions as the case maybe and then sure any adjustments are communicated to the staff. Finally in the event of any untoward event taking place in our management team will investigate all matters that arose prior to during and after the event and disseminate any findings with the clients in order that any improvements are recorded and subsequently brought into effect.
