In circumstances where the regular static or patrolling guards failed to turn up to work for whatever reason and provided our supervision team or the client informs us of the vacuum created because of his absence then our management team will immediately make arrangements to establish the reasons for the failure of the data report to work and take remedial action but most importantly the team will make arrangements to have the vacuum filled by a replacement solution in the quickest possible time that we got the Security back as we meet back up.
All guards employed by ourselves shall have been trained in the proper use of fixed and remote panic buttons so that in the event of them requiring offsite assistance to help with a given event this can be achieved. Any alarm signal generated from any client will be received at our National command centre and the nearest rapid response unit will be dispatched to provide the required assistance.
